As an FBS Seller, you will be doing your own order fulfillment and there are certain shipping expectations you must follow in your order fulfillment processes.
- You must ship your items within two business days.
- You must update the order with a valid tracking ID and mark the order as complete so that you can receive payment. This update will also trigger BuyNatural’s shipment confirmation email to the buyer, which includes the estimated delivery date.
- Check your Seller account at least daily for orders. You will have a New Order notification in your notification centre as well as receiving an email notification.
Note: You must process return requests and respond to messages from customers within 24 hours, even if your listings are set to Inactive.
- Fulfill buyer orders only with the product(s) described on the product detail page. Inclusion of any additional items or products not described in the product detail page is prohibited and may lead to the deactivation of your Seller account.
- Do not include any marketing or promotional materials with packing materials that solicite away any BuyNatural shoppers. For example, you are not permitted to include a discount coupon that is redeemable on your own website or invite shoppers to visit your own site.
- Do not rely to email notifications of account activity. Emails can get lost or deleted.
