We’re always looking for Sellers with quality products as our shoppers seek out items that meet our high standards and remain earth and human friendly.

Before you start

Choose a selling plan

We have designed our Selling Plans so that you can select one based on your business needs and budget. You firstly need to consider how many products you want listed in your Store and if you want to do your own order fulfillment. For Sellers that want to do their own Store management and do their own order fulfillment (know as Fulfilment by Seller (FBS) then you should consider the "Independent' plan - just a one off listing fee and no onging plan fees. If you don't have time or just don't want the hessle of doing the order fulfilemnt and customer service then you can can select one of the FBN Seller plans - these start from $14.95 per month to get started with a single product. What's more, if this product has some variations like colour or flavour, we still treat this as one product so there is no need to upgrade your Seller Plan. However, should you want to add different products, it is easy to upgrade your FBN Seller Plan to accomadate them. With BuyNatural, you have control on your what plan makes sence for you and your business.

Building your online sales can be tough. Competition is just a few steps away and the costs for growing your eCommmerce audience seem to be always rising. That is why many Sellers turn to the BuyNatural Marketplace as it has a large and growing shopping community looking to purchase natural, organic and eco-friendly goods. With your Selling Plan, you have a unique Store URL that you can promote outside of BuyNatural and look to expand reach - sometime it is just about establishing your brand profile online and having as many sales channels as possible. Whatever your growth startegy, you can request a consultatnt with your BuyNatural Merchant Manager to explore advertising and marketing options. We love helping our Sellers expand and sell.

Create an BuyNatural Seller account

Once you have decied on the Selling Plan best suited for your business, you can use the sign up wizard to establish a Seller Account. Your Seller account is needed to start your Store and setup your products. Before you sign up, make sure you’re ready with the following:

  • Business email address
  • Chargeable credit card
  • Phone number
  • A Stripe (for bank payments) or PayPal account that BuyNatural can send you proceeds from your sales

Adding your products

Once you have signed up and completed the setup your Store you need to add products.

Sellers can only list Natural, Organic and Eco-Friendly products in their Stores. Some Eco-Friendly product listings require approval to ensure the items meet the Marketplace requirements and definations of 'eco-friendly'.

To sell branded products protected by copyright, trademark, or patent, you must be the legal owner of the brand or an authorized reseller. Visit the Knowledge base to learn more about BuyNatural’s intellectual property policy for sellers.

The product detail page

Your offer details will be displayed on a “product detail page.” If you’ve ever shopped on buynatural.com.au, you’ve seen one. Product detail pages are where customers find all of the relevant information about a particular item.

  1. Title
    200 characters max, capitalize the first letter of every word
  2. Images
    500 x 500 or 1,000 x 1,000 pixels to increase listing quality
  3. Variations
    Such as different colors, flavors, or sizes
  4. Bullet points
    Short, descriptive sentences highlighting key features and benefits
  5. Featured offer
    The featured offer on a detail page. Customers can add to their cart or “Buy Now”
  6. Other offers
    The same product sold by multiple sellers offering a different price, etc.
  7. Description
    Keywords improve the chances that people will find your listing
